As their social media and content manager, I owned social strategy, content creation, and paid advertising, while maintaining the client relationship directly.

My primary focus was growing their digital presence through consistent content and targeted advertising. I also built and ran a separate recruitment advertising strategy, generating qualified employee leads that were passed directly to HR. This work required distinct messaging, developed in compliance with recruitment advertising standards, along with separate targeting from the consumer-facing campaigns, since the audiences and goals differed.

I also contributed copywriting and drone footage to the company’s website rebrand, which was led by other team members. Additionally, I managed social media reviews, resolving minor issues as they arose to protect the company’s public reputation.
